  ① We're glad to have you on board. 很高兴你加入我们的行列。
  have sb. on board: sb. joins a group or an institution. (某人加入……行列)。例如:
  We'll have the two of you on board for this new project.
  我们会让你们两位加入这个新项目组。
  
  ② You bet. 你说对啦。
  you bet: used to emphasize a positive reply to a statement(当然,一定)。例如:
  —Are you going to the wedding?
  你会去参加婚礼吗?
  —You bet!
  当然去!
  
  ③ Audrey kind of spilled the beans about my orientation today. 奥德丽可以说已经向我透露了一些关于今天入职培训的情况。
  spill the beans: tell sb. sth. that people have been trying to keep secret(泄密)。例如:
  There is no need to keep the news of your promotion secret. Mr. Anderson spilled the beans at the weekend party.
  你晋升的消息没有必要再保密了,安德森先生在周末的派对上已经走漏了消息。
  
  ④ Let's start from scratch. 让我们从头开始吧。
  start from scratch: do sth. without making use of anything that has been done before(从头开始)。例如:
  Since you have worked for the company before, I'd guess we don't need to start from scratch.
  既然你此前曾为公司服务,我想我们就不必从头开始了。
  
  ⑤ So you can cut loose then. (那天)你(的着装)可以不受约束。
  cut loose: free or become free from restraint(不受约束,不受限制)。例如:
  Now that I'm not working for customer service, I can cut loose from the strict working schedule.
  现在我不在客服上班,就不用受严格的工作表限制了。
