招聘方案 Recruitment Solutions

招聘方案  招聘是HR(人力资源管理)工作的一部分,是指企业为了发展的需要,根据人力资源规划和工作分析的需求,寻找、吸引那些有能力又有兴趣到其企业任职的人员,并从中选出适宜人员予以录用的过程。每个企业会根据自身条件和需要,选择适合的招聘方案,而现在比较常见的有网络招聘、报纸招聘、校园招聘、招聘会以及猎头等等。

  Mr. Peterson: ①How are we faring on the recruitment front?
  Danielle: ②So far the candidates we’ve had coming through are not proving to be very impressive.
  Mr. Peterson: Oh, really? What have been their major

  Danielle: A general lack of experience. Some have been overqualified, while others are severely underqualified. There have been a handful of potential candidates. For the more junior and casual positions we are commencing campus recruitment and visiting a number of well known universities nearby to try and encourage the top achievers to consider working for us.
  Mr. Peterson: Sounds great. You should also consider the Employment Fair. It gets underway next week.
  Danielle: I am one step ahead of you, boss. We have booked a 2)stall at the fair and have placed advertisements in all the local newspapers.

  How are we faring?=How are we progressing?
  how is sb. faring: expression used to inquire about the progress of a certain project(用以询问某事的进展情况)。例如:

  Things are not going well on the bidding front.

  at the top of one’s game: the best in a field or industry(某一行业或领域的佼佼者)。例如:

  in place: ready to be used(准备好)。例如:
