  ① I think that's just a stone's throw from Broadway, right? 我觉得那里离百老汇非常近了,对吧?
  a stone's throw: a very short distance (近距离,一箭之遥)。例如:
  We were staying in a small apartment just a stone's throw from the beach.
  我们住的小公寓离海边非常近。
  
  ② Thanks for the heads up. 多谢你事先提醒我这个事了。
  heads up: information ahead of time(事先资料)。例如:
  If you come in early tomorrow morning, I will give you the heads up before the big boss calls a meeting.
  如果你明早早点来的话,我可以在大老板召集会议之前给你通个气。
  
  ③ Good eye, Terese. 特丽萨,你真是好眼力!
  good eye: used to compliment others' sharp vision(用以赞扬他人的好眼力)。例如:
  Good eye, Al. I almost missed those two errors.
  艾尔,好眼力。我差点就漏掉了那两个错误。
  
  ④ You totally had the right of way. 先行权完全在您手上。
  right of way: the priority to pass through in a traffic situation(车辆或行人的先行权)。例如:
  The right of way is not decided by anyone's preference, but regulated by traffic laws.
  在路上的先行权并不取决于任何一个人的喜恶,而是由交通规则来决定的。
  
  ⑤ Some people's children! 这些人啊!
  some people's children: used to express disapproval of sb.'s behaviour(用以表示对某人行为的不满,“有些人啊”)。例如:
  Ann not only didn't contribute to the project, but now wants to take the credit. Some people's children!
  安不仅没有为这个项目作贡献,现在还想把此事归功于自己。这种人啊!

  silver bullet: a simple remedy for a difficult problem(轻易解决问题的办法,灵丹妙药)。例如:
  There is no single silver bullet that will solve all the problems in our school system.
